Recently I spent some time in a beautiful home located in Waikoloa Village, Big Island (Hawaii). The Big Island has 11 of 13 climactic zones. There were grasslands similar to the African Savannah close to where I was staying. Luckily when I was there, large brush fires were running through the grasslands. What I noticed was that due to wind gusts fire jumped over patches of grass and they looked like golden islands in a dark burnt field. I found my perfect setting for the King roaring after a meal. I will be adding orange fire running through the grass in the background.
