Oil on canvas (48"x36") 2000. Raleigh NC.

This painting is about the Shrinking Kingdom of the royal bengal tiger. As the human population increases the tiger's habitat is lost to the urban development. Big game has moved away and food has become scarce. This magnificent animal is reduced to become a scavanger. There is a haudralic extractor behind the trees resting after a days work. As the men left the site, tiger came out to hunt small animals.
